Shipping of orders on business days (Monday to Friday)
• Delivery via Colissimo in France within 1 to 3 business days
• Delivery via Colissimo in Europe within 4 to 7 business days
• Express delivery via UPS Saver within 1 to 3 business days worldwide (subject to possible delays due to customs clearance)
For shipments outside of the European Union, the customer will support the local taxation of the country of consumption.

RETURNS IN OUR STORE
- In the "My returns" part of your account, do a new return request. Select the order and the articles you want to return and indicate the reason of the return.
- Print two return labels, one to put in your package and one to give to the salesman
- Go to 11 bis, rue Bachaumont, 75002 Paris with the articles you want to return
- Our team will proceed to the return. The refund will be proceeded within 15 days.
Archives returns are made exclusively by post.
RETURNS BY POST
You have up to 15 days to return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be responsible for return costs. The time limit of 15 days do not include the transit time (only the return request and the expedition) so you don’t have to choose an express delivery option. We advise you to choose a tracking option.
Cosmetics products must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.
To return an order, you have to follow those steps:
- Login to your Rouje account.
- In the section « My returns », submit a request to return an item. Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return, mentioning the reason for the return.
- Once your request has been submitted, go to « My returns », and click on « See return » in your account.
- Please send the item(s) with label(s) still attached along with the RMA packing slip to the following address:
Please note that we need the RMA slip to identify your return.
The refund will be made within 15 days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
