RETURNS

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER?

No worries, you have 15 days after receiving your order to change your mind and return your item(s).

Pieces with missing tags won't be eligible for a refund. Beauty products will need to be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

You bought an item at our Bachaumont flagship ? Go to 11 bis rue Bachaumont to make an exchange or get a voucher.

Purchased at our corners of Le Bon Marché or La Samaritaine? Head back there for any exchange or refund.

Ordered online? You have two options: you can mail your return or drop it off at our Bachaumont flagship store.

RETURNS BY MAIL

You will be responsible for the return costs. The return limit does not include the transit time (only the return request and the expedition) so you don’t need to opt for an express delivery option.

In your Rouje account, « My returns », select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label. Print the return label and insert it in your package.

Your return label is essential in order to identify your package and process your refund.

Once we've received your order, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, you'll be alerted via email.

IN-STORE RETURNS

In your Rouje account, « My returns », select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label so that you can print it.

Head to 11 bis, rue Bachaumont, 75002 Paris with your item(s) and return label.

Our team will process the return. The refund will appear on your account within 15 days.

Archives returns are made exclusively by post.

Items purchased at our corners of Le Bon Marché or La Samaritaine will have to be returned there.
