No worries, you can return it in our parisian store or online within the 15 days following your orders.
If you've received a gift with purchase, please return it with the rest of your order.
- In your account, section "My returns" submit a new return request. Select the order and the items you want to return and indicate the reason for the return.
- Print the return label twice, place one inside the package, the other one will be for the store staff.
- Head to 11 bis, rue Bachaumont, 75002 Paris with the items you wish to return
- Our team will process the return. The refund will appear on your account within 15 days.
Archives returns are made exclusively by post.
RETURNS BY MAIL
You have up to 15 days to return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be responsible for the return costs. The 15 days limit does not include the transit time (only the return request and the expedition) so you don’t need to opt for an express delivery option. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking.
Cosmetics products must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.
To return an order, you have to follow those steps:
- Login to your Rouje account.
- In the section « My returns », submit a request to return an item. Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return, mentioning the reason for the return.
- Once your request has been submitted, go to « My returns », and click on « See return » in your account.
- Please send the item(s) with label(s) still attached along with the RMA packing slip to the following address:
Please note that we need the RMA slip to identify your return.
The refund will be made within 15 days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
