Yes, real wool is a living, natural material. It is completely normal for pilling to appear on a new wool sweater in high-friction areas during the first few wears. This phenomenon quickly fades. Simply use a fabric shaver or a knit comb to restore your cardigan to its original look.

We recommend hand washing in cold water or using a delicate machine wool cycle (maximum 400 RPM spin) with a mild detergent. For drying, always lay your knitwear flat on a towel to prevent the sweater from stretching or losing its shape.
